Our fair usage policy allows for 10,000 profile scans per month on Essentials and Pro plans, and 10,000 profile scans per user per month on Team plans. This generous limit ensures optimal performance for all users while meeting the needs of most recruitment workflows.
For Team plans, each user gets their own 10,000 profile scan limit per month. This means a team of 5 would have a combined limit of 50,000 scans per month, with each user able to perform up to 10,000 scans.
If you're approaching or have exceeded your monthly scan limit, we'll notify you. You can either wait for the limit to reset the next month or contact our sales team to discuss custom high-volume options.

Enriching a profile means that Hyperscan imports detailed information about a person's last 10 workplaces, including a brief company description, company size, industry, categories, and more. This allows you to ask a wider range of questions when scanning profiles.
