  • Standard profiles only contain what the candidate wrote in their bio. Enrichment means we find the specific LinkedIn Company Page for every past employer and attach the full data (Description, Industry, Funding Stage, Employee Count, Specialities) to the profile. This allows the AI to answer complex questions like "Did they work at a B2B SaaS company?" or "Was their employer Series B+ funded?" which simple keywords can't find.

  • We offer chat and email support for all plans. Because Hyperscan uses advanced logic, our team is also available to help you optimize your search queries and question criteria to ensure you get the best results.

  • No. Searching the 1B+ real-time profiles and viewing results is completely free. You only use your monthly quota when you click "Scan" to have the AI analyze a specific batch of candidates against your questions.

  • To ensure fast processing speeds for everyone, we include 10,000 AI profile scans per user/month on Essentials and Pro plans. This covers 99% of recruitment workflows. If you are a high-volume team needing 50k+ scans, please contact us for a custom Team plan.

  • Limits are pooled or assigned per user depending on your setup. A standard team of 5 would have a combined capacity of 50,000 scans per month. We can adjust these limits for high-volume enterprise contracts.

  • We will notify you as you approach the limit. You won't be instantly cut off, but we may ask you to upgrade to a custom volume package if you consistently exceed 10,000 scans.
