Question fine-tuning
Free of charge
For each project, fine-tune your questions using a random selection of 20 profiles at no cost. You get 10 free scans on these profiles, with up to 20 questions per scan.
Initial regular profile scan
1 credit/profile
This scan imports and analyzes information solely from the person's profile page. Each scan costs 1 credit, regardless of the number of questions asked.
Initial enriched profile scan
3 credits/profile
This scan imports and analyzes information from the person's profile and their last 10 workplaces. Each scan costs 3 credits, regardless of the number of questions asked.
Repeated scans
1 credit/profile
Any subsequent scan of a profile, whether regular or enriched, costs 1 credit. This applies regardless of the number of questions asked.
Simple example (with regular profiles)
Let's say you've created a LinkedIn search with 350 profiles and decide to import all of them into Hyperscan (0 credits).
You enter 10 questions and perform a fine-tuning scan on a random selection of 20 profiles (0 credits).
Satisfied with the results, you decide to scan all 350 profiles (350 credits).
Advanced example (with enriched profiles)
Suppose you've created a LinkedIn search with 350 profiles and decide to import all of them into Hyperscan (0 credits).
You enter 12 questions and perform a fine-tuning scan on a random selection of 20 profiles (0 credits).
After reviewing the results, you decide to change 3 questions and perform another fine-tuning scan (0 credits).
You then realize you need enriched profile scanning to answer your questions. You enrich the 20 profiles and perform another fine-tuning scan (0 credits).
Satisfied with the results, you decide to scan the first 100 enriched profiles (300 credits).
After reviewing these results, you decide to change 2 questions and scan all 350 profiles. This would cost 100 credits for the first 100 profiles (1 credit/profile for repeated scan) and 750 credits for the remaining 250 profiles (3 credits/enriched profile for initial scan).

We're currently developing team plans that will include shared credits. At the moment, however, credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
You can view your available credits in the system. Before each scan, you'll see the exact credit cost, so you'll always know how many credits you have left.
Yes, your credits do not expire. Any unused credits will be available for you to use in the future.

Enriching a profile means that Hyperscan imports detailed information about a person's last 10 workplaces, including a brief company description, company size, industry, categories, and more. This allows you to ask a wider range of questions when scanning profiles.
